Fallout 76 is the first multiplayer game in the Fallout franchise. It is being developed by Bethesda Game Studios and it is being published by Bethesda Softworks. It's the ninth installment in the Fallout series, and it is being released on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on November 14th, 2018.

Fallout 76 is set in the state of West Virginia in the year of 2102. This makes the game the earliest title in terms of the timeline setting, as it takes place 25 years after the Great War. Players will find themselves in Vault 76, which is one of the 17 controlled vaults. This one did not have a social experiment attached to it. It has been said that the world of Fallout 76 is four times bigger than the world of Fallout 4. We will be able to explore an open-world environment filled with monsters to kill and loot to collect. The title is entirely online, but players can play on their own server without having to interact with other players. There are no interactive human NPCs in the world, but there are ways for players to get quests from robots and through various other means.

The game is basically designed for smaller groups (the teams can have up to 4 people), but it is also friendly to those wanting to play alone. There is no PvP up to the fifth level, and then we do not have to experience a constant threat of life from enemy players. If we are attacked, until we strike back we're less vulnerable. Many have asked for separate PvP and PvE servers, we do not know whether they are being implemented, but there are plans to launch private servers where friendly companies can have fun without interference from others.

PvE content is abundant in the game: besides the usual missions, events, instances, survival itself and the exploring of the world provide endless hours of fun.  Crafting is also an important part of the game: weapons, armor, and other items can be further upgraded and we can create lots of great things from obtained blueprints.  Our character progresses by a system through which we can choose which of the seven basic attributes (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck) are to be improved every time we level up.

We will also be able to create your very own homes and bases by using the Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform. Nukes can be found in the game that can be used to destroy the bases of other players.
