Legends are a curious thing. For on one hand, they can inspire you, and lead you to do many wonderful things. Or, they're made to strike terror into you, and make sure you don't do certain things. But what is a legend without belief? For the people of Tokyo, a legend is about to come to lie, and through it, a couple of Junior High students are about to learn the high way that legends should be respected as well as feared.
For in the heart of Tokyo lies a quaint little aquarium called Manten Aquarium. At first glance, it doesn't seem that bad. It's an aquarium after all. But over time, a legend has grown from it, one that is a dark tale...if you choose to believe it. For on the night of a full moon the waters are said to change into blood and man faced fish lurk within the containments there.
For Junior high school students Mayu and Himeno, they decided to investigate these legends, what could wrong, right? Wrong.
As they explore, they get a glimpse of Mayu's lost sibling mari, and through their pursuit of her, they're about to find out that the legends are not only real, they're now trapped in it.
Sound of Drop - Fall Into Poison is not for those who don't mind dark stories and bad endings. And trust, there are plenty of bad endings. As Mayu, you will go throughout the story and make choices that will decide your fate, and the fate of others. Will you survive this legend? Or become another casualty of it?
