In KILLING FLOOR 2 on PC, players descend into continental Europe, where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech's failed experiment has rapidly spread and gained unstoppable momentum, effectively paralyzing the European Union — if not the world. One month after the events of the original KILLING FLOOR, specimen clones are everywhere and civilization is in shambles; communications have failed, governments have collapsed, and military forces have been systematically wiped out. Too many Europeans are adept at survival and self-preservation, and the fortunate survivors have gone into hiding.

However, not everyone has given up hope... Across Europe, a coalition of civilians and mercenaries have established privately funded operation bases to combat the outbreak. After locating outbreaks of specimen clones, players will descend into zed-infested hot zones and exterminate them.

KILLING FLOOR 2 KEY GAMEPLAY FEATURES:

• Visceral Gore - KILLING FLOOR 2 increases the visceral gore with a proprietary, high-powered persistent blood system that brings new levels of genre fidelity. In the first match, one team faces Humans while the other faces Zeds until all Humans are eliminated in a single round or until the boss is defeated. The teams switch sides for the second match, and when the battle is over, both teams get a score that's based on their performance; the team with the higher score wins!

•Terrifying Zeds - New enemies and fan favorites from the original game return with improved and expanded AI. They can now launch vicious attacks as a group, thereby weakening the player's party and raising the difficulty and fear factor to new heights.
