There was a time when building a city wasn't just about construction, it was about knowing who to contact in order to get things done, as well as get permission to make things happen. For in those days, the men in office weren't always the ones in charge. Now, in Constructor, you'll learn first-hand what it was like back in those days as you try and build a city, but have to deal with loads of other people to try and make it happen. For in Constructor, this town has an "anything goes" philosophy.

What do we mean by that? Well, there's a lot of crooked characters in this town, and they all want a piece of the action. You'll have to make deals to build things, or wipe out other factions to try and get what you want. It's a tricky business, but business has always been tricky, that never changes, right?

Build the city you want, or more accurately, try and build the city you want. Just remember, as the runner of buildings, you have to deal with the people living in them. Will you bend to their wills, or will you make them bend to your own? Your call. And what of your rivals? The ones that want to outshine you? Will you deal with them like a businessman, making deals so everyone wins? Or, will you make a deal with the Mob so that your rivals aren't alive much longer?

The city of your dreams awaits...if you can make it happen that is.
