The Assassin's Creed games have always been about find ones path in life, it just so happens that those paths deal with villains and violence and death on a grand scale. But for one assassin, the completion of his mission and the death of his enemies has seemingly left a hole in him that he must fulfill. But how will he do it? Can he even do it? This is the path that must be followed in Assassin's Creed Revelations. For in this title, the fan-favorite character Ezio Auditore must complete the journey he started so long ago by following in the one that came before him.
That's right, Assassin's Creed Revelations marks the return of the assassin that started it all: Altair. As Ezio must find what Altair has learned about the end of an assassins time, but the journey will not be easy. The path to enlightenment takes him to the Ottoman Empire, specifically Constantinople. This region is being threatened by the Templars, and it'll be up to Ezio to free them, if he can.
Assassin's Creed Revelations puts Ezio into an older and much wiser state of mind, and thus his combat will not be the same as previous incarnations. Use his refined skills to the fullest as you battle enemies all over the city. Plus, the game gives you new tools and abilities, as well as the chance to craft your own weapons and tools to take the fight to the Templars.
Add that to the online experience and you'll see what Assassin's Creed Revelations is praised to this day.
