The game starts off in a train station where everyone spawns. Then, one person will get randomly infected and the rest need to escape with their lives while the infected player has to turn all survivors into zombies. Try to escape by using the train if you can, or die trying. Pandemic Express – Zombie Escape is a game that wants to do zombie action on a large scale. That's why up to 30 players get to spawn into the game's gigantic world. Once someone gets infected, the real danger starts.

Humans will do anything it takes in order to escape on a train while the endless zombie horde relentlessly follows them in order to take everyone down. Humans need to locate useful gear in abandoned houses, work with others in order to take down zombies, and reach the extraction point as soon as possible.
