Co-Op games are a big part of the gaming universe, but they're also ones with not the greatest storylines and themes. They're mainly there to ensure that friends can play together and kill a bunch of bad guys. But with A Way Out, that changes, for now, the story is built into the Co-Op from the ground up, and you have to care about your partner else you'll both fail. This is a story about two prison inmates who decide to break out together, and that's only the beginning of the twists and turns that will lead you down a deep and dark story path.

You can choose to play as one of two characters. First is Leo, Leo is a career criminal, and he's been in jail so much he longs for escape. And he's willing to do whatever it takes to both get out, and make sure he doesn't get caught again.

Then, there's Vincent, who is a new inmate, but one who is already planning his escape. He's got an iron will, and won't let his inexperience get in the way of him achieving his goals.

Breaking out of prison is your priority, but the only way to do that is to trust a person you barely know, but you can't let that weigh you down. Only through cooperation and teamwork will you be able to escape and make it into the next chapters of the game, and your lives. Will you make it? Will you be able to find A Way Out?
