Sigma Theory: Global Cold War is a turn-based strategy game in which you recruit capable agents and run your very own intel agency. The game was developed by Goblinz Studio, Mi-Clos Studio and published by Mi-Clos Studio on April 18th, 2019.
Set in the near future where science created many new radical technologies which are trying to be used by all the world's superpowers. Who wouldn't want to destroy the global financial system, or have the power to wipe out an entire country? Some say these technologies would even let someone acquire immortality. But, only a few scientists can harvest the capabilities of "The Sigma Theory", and your job is to make sure that your nation gets a hold of this power before anyone else does. Cunning, trained, and highly capable elite covert agents are at your disposal, as well as tactical drones and your own diplomacy and subterfuge skills, so use them the best you can in order to win the new cold war that's brewing.
Sigma Theory: Global Cold War lets players use their agents to blackmail, manipulate, seduce, and perform industrial espionage in order to gain an advantage over their opposition. Low blows are required if you want to stay ahead of the competition. There are over 100 NPCs in the game, including politicians, armed groups, lobbies, and so on. Form alliances, deceive opponents and even perform assassinations. The life of your agent is in your hands, and since they are capable pawns which are immensely helpful, try not to get them killed.
The game has over 50 unique agents which can be unlocked, and players get to pick 4 of them. Each agent has their own story, traits, and motivations. Uncover compromising documents on local politicians, gather renowned scientists, and track down any enemy agents and even interrogate them in order to extract useful information about your foes.
