XCOM 2: War of the Chosen was recently released, but if you are already bored of the DLC, you can add Overwatch’s Mercy using an epic mod.
You can find an intriguing mod at the Steam Workshop for the recently released XCOM 2: War of the Chosen, which allows you to add the overly popular Mercy from Overwatch, although it’s a bit saddening that her mass resurrection is not included. Overwatch Mercy Squadmate, which is the name of this cool mod, adds the popular healer of Overwatch to our team, and it is done with great quality. The mod’s developers even paid attention to minor details, such as Mercy’s origins.
The mod is available here, and after installation, Mercy will be added to the game immediately. However, it is important to keep in mind that the mod only transfers the character’s appearance to XCOM2: War of the Chosen, and sadly not her abilities from Overwatch. So, unfortunately as mentioned above, we have to survive without her epic healing and reviving abilities, no matter how much we would appreciate them during some tougher missions.
