Xbox Pass Now Contains Full Gears of War Series
Game developers are getting more and more creative with how they release their video games. First, came physical releases. Then, came the rise of the digital games market. Demos are also incredibly popular and have been used by many to boost up hype for their titles. Now, there are also special services where you can pay a monthly fee to get unlimited access to games. EA does this, as does Microsoft via their Xbox console. And now, the service known as the Xbox Pass has just gotten a major addition: Gears of War 4.
Now, you may be thinking, “Why is this a significant update?” Well, besides being a somewhat recent game that was released on Xbox One and PC, this marks the first time that the Xbox Pass allows players to play an entire series on one console. And this is the first time that the entire Gears of War series is playable on one console. So, whether you’ve played them all before, or want to try them all now, the Xbox Pass has you covered when it releases Gears of War 4 to the service on December 1st.
But wait, that’s not all! The Xbox Pass will also feature other games in its December 1st update, including: Darksiders: Warmastered Edition, Mega Man 10, This War of Mine: The Little Ones, Casey Powell Lacrosse 16, and Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter.
Those are a bunch of quality titles, and proves just how diverse the Xbox One lineup can be. So, if you want a piece of the action, along with access to all the other games currently in the library, you should really sign up for it. The service only costs $10/per month. But, if you have Xbox Live Gold, your first month will only be $1.
That’s a very small price to pay for a huge variety of titles, don’t you think?
