Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a pro in World of Warcraft?
Recently, the World of Warcraft team discussed with Alec from ABC to detail just what’s needed to get started in arena. The first and most important step is to get to know your class. According to Alec, making yourself aware of your abilities is vital to finding the most compatible partners. As well as familiarising yourself with your abilities, you need to know what other classes are capable of so you can counter them effectively.
The second step is to keep things simple at first, starting of with 2v2. Once you are confident enough for with your own class, then start out in 2v2, perhaps using LFG system to find a partner who will be looking for the same thing as you. Get plenty of practice in using 2v2 before you branch out into 3v3 when you feel you’re ready.
Finally, your mindset is a pivotal part of success. Don’t be someone who places blame on the ability of your team mates. Your team mates are often their own biggest critics, which can lead to having a positive attitude to improving your skills on the game in a more friendly environment.
