Crossout gets added to the list of games that are celebrating the Halloween spirit with a Halloween-themed event, called the Witch Hunt in this particular title.
For those of you that don’t know, Crossout is an online post-apocalyptic action game where you create crazy vehicles and kill other players with them. The entire look and feel of the game reminded us a bit of Mad Max. The environments, the vehicles, the carnage, it all seems very familiar. Anyways, all of this post-apocalyptic goodness is going to receive a spooky surprise. The event lasts until November 1st and starts today. It features both PvP and PvE quests for you to complete.
Participating in the new Witch Hunt brawl will net you some Tricky treats if you manage to complete your objectives. Doesn’t matter if you’re doing a PvE or PvP quest, the point is to get as many Tricky treats as possible. As you can expect, this exclusive Halloween-themed currency can then be exchanged for some unique rewards. You can acquire scary and unique colors for your vehicles, stickers, and special decor.
The Witch Hunt brawl is the highlight of the event. In it, everyone gets a special vehicle, no weapons, and the point is to get a garland of creepy balloons. Once you attach one of these things to your vehicle, you need to run. See, once you get one of these balloons, you get marked as the “Witch”. When that happens absolutely everyone is going to try to ram into you to recapture the garland. Manage to avoid all other players for a certain time period and you will be the winner.
