Why Is Fortnite So Hard?
Fortnite, the latest battle royale shooter introduced by Epic Games, gained millions of fans and reached the peak of its popularity quite quickly. Today, it is probably one of the best strategic games available free of charge. However, despite its popularity, which is still growing, for many players, it turns out to be quite overwhelming and challenging. Why so? Let’s try to answer this question.
The first reason that comes to mind is its graphic. We can’t hide the fact that it looks quite cartoony, which creates a deceptive feeling like it will be easy to handle. Therefore, many users start playing not being ready for all the challenges it holds for them, and then they claim that the game is too hard.
What else makes it difficult to play? Not less important is the level of users’ skills. Due to the high popularity, the skills of an average Fortnite player have gone really far, which makes it hard to compete with. In previous seasons, it was good enough if a player knows how to edit and this fact automatically made him quite a dangerous opponent. Now, on the contrary, the game assumes you already have this skill. Thus, you will only be considered a strong player if you can edit quickly, right in the heat of battle. Also, we can track the stats of pro players. While their K/D used to be extremely high in the past, now they are decreasing. Why does this happen? The answer is simple – although pro players are constantly boosting their skills, their stats decrease because regular players learn and improve even faster. This is what makes the fight even more intense.
Is this game too hard for a new user? Without a doubt, Fortnite is a complicated mix of survival, shooter, and builder, which means you will have to spend quite a lot of time to master it. To get kills, you have to reach the level of at least an average player, which takes time and patience. However, if you can build a solid strategy, you are good to go! We don’t agree that Fortnite is way too hard. You may struggle at the beginning, but over some time even a new user may have quite good chances to succeed.
Fortnite: Best Settings For Xbox And PS4
Unlike PC users, players who run Fortnite on their Xboxes and PS4s don’t really have to struggle with many confusing setting options. Everything is much easier on consoles. You have to find one main option. It can be found in the Game tab under the blue indicators that stand for the sensitivity of the controller. Fortnite settings are titled “60 FPS” and you can either enable or disable it.
If you turn it on, the game will take smooth gameplay as a priority over visual quality. In this case, the game will not strive to produce better performance. Instead, it will run in accordance with the golden standard for multiplayer games, which means faster and closer to the 60 FPS.
Are there any other settings you should be aware of? Well, of course, there is a bunch of additional non-performance settings. For example, you can turn on and off the Streamer mode. It turns off particular heads-up display elements. This feature is here to allow you avert giving away your position for other users, who are watching your stream.
This is garbage, Fortnite is NOT for anyone who is not under 21 AND been playing for 5 years like a YouTuber on crack….otherwise you can grind for next 2 years and just be starting to understand the truth of that.
I 100% agree
