Zombie survival games were quite popular a few years back in the gaming community, but now, there aren’t as many of them. That is probably because everyone started playing Battle Royal shooters all of a sudden. But, here we have Dead Man’s Country, an open-world multiplayer action RPG with quite an interesting setting. Ever wanted to kill zombies in 19th America? Well, you will be able to do just that in this game.
So, what will we be able to do in 19th century America? Well, there are zombies to kill, animals to either hunt or tame, houses to build, abandoned mines to raid, and so on. As all survival games, this one too has a crafting system, and all items in Dead Man’s Country are randomly generated. Each item has these four traits: Condition, Alloy, Stats, and Perks, and these traits will separate the common items from the legendary ones. The game also promises a dynamic wildlife, a day-night cycle which is synced to the realm, and even a weather system! It sounds like quite the immersive experience, but players will also need to avoid a dangerous plague (which is also the thing that turns humans into zombies), which makes NPCs stronger and much more aggressive.
