After the fiasco with the Fallout 76 PC beta that just wrapped up, Bethesda is giving us another go at the game to make up for their rocky start.
This was bound to happen ever since it was announced that Bethesda who was making the game. Fallout 76 is a very large game with a huge map, and it’s supposed to have a lot of players playing at the same time. But, those things weren’t the problem with the PC beta. The launcher for the game went haywire and a lot of people needed to redownload the game again in order to play during the beta. It was all one huge and hilarious mess, so Bethesda wants to make it up to PC players with another beta.
Considering that the players didn’t report that many in-game bugs, the last beta wasn’t that shabby. The problems with the launcher were horrendous, don’t get us wrong, but those can be quickly fixed. Now that we’re getting another beta session on the PC we can properly play Fallout 76. How funny and also really tragic would it be if the launcher issues pop up again when this new beta starts on November 2nd?
What do you think, will Bethesda impress with their second shot at the PC beta? Or will another catastrophe occur? We are hoping that they do things right this time, but you never know when with Bethesda and bugs.
