This is definitely one of the weirdest collaborations that we’ve ever seen, PUBG and TERA, two games with very little in common.
So, how confused are you right now? How do a battle royale game and an action-packed MMORPG crossover exactly? Well, it isn’t the most obvious and logical crossover event, but since both PUBG and TERA are games with a dwindling player base, this could Bluehole’s way of trying to get players from one of their games to try the other.
It’s just hard to think that this would work, since PUBG and TERA are two very different games. Not many players that are enjoying a battle royale game are going to give an MMORPG a try. There is just no similiarities between those two genres.
Nevertheless, this TERA x PUBG crossover is real, and it is a 30-day event that’s going to start on March 5th. When it does, players can earn all kinds of PUBG-themed costumes and cosmetic items, as well as other rewards and even do some PUBG-inspired battles.
