Who wouldn’t want to play as a badass assassin that was portrayed by Keanu Reeves, the killing machine known as John Wick?
Everyone would be mad if some asshole killed our dog. Especially when you consider that your dead wife gave you that cute little puppy. Then add the fact that the mad person in question is the most feared assassin in the whole world. That’s pretty much the plot for John Wick, a pretty awesome action movie from 2014.
John Wick Hex is a video game that is all about that, stunning action. But, it isn’t the type of game that you’re expecting. For one, it isn’t a shooter, but something like a chess game but with guns and violence. Check out the announcement trailer to see for yourself. Pick what action you think is best suited for a given situation, and see if your choice is correct. Choose wisely and you will eliminate all the opposition swiftly. Pick the wrong option and you may end up dead.
It’s like a strange kind of strategy title with a specific noir art design and stylish takedowns. Not a typical game, but one that could be a lot of fun. It’s going to be an Epic Store exclusive, which is quite a shame. After Borderlands 3 got a lot of hate for being exclusive, we thought the exclusivity train would slow down. That doesn’t appear to be the case, which is a shame, as a lot of players immediately get repelled by the very notion of an Epic Games exclusive.
John Wick Hex will have an original story, different weapons, suits, and locations to unlock and more. We’re pretty excited for it, as it does seem like it’s going to be something unique and very fun. Stay tuned for more news!
