Friday The 13th: The Game looks to be adding yet another exciting feature to the game, as far as the gameplay is concerned. Gun Media has announced that soon the weapon swapping ability will have a customization option to offer more flexibility to the asymmetrical horror game.
An excerpt from an official press release reads:
“Have a favorite Jason, but wish you could change his weapon? Would you love to see Part 3 Jason perform a Part 6 kill? You’re in luck (victims, not so much). Coming soon, Jason players will be able to choose their weapon from the player customization screen.”

Friday The 13th: The Game didn’t get off to the best of starts, not by any means. With missing content, a wealth of technical issues and more, the game now looks to be offering a very solid product that is rife with updates. There has been a number of tweaks made to Jason himself to make him even more of a threat, and there will be dedicated servers and an engine upgrade coming too, along with a heavily requested single-player set of story missions.
Friday The 13th: The Game is now available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. If you didn’t check out this game at launch for obvious reasons, now seems to be the time to join in the grisly fun.
