Ubisoft has revealed details regarding Ghost War, the PvP addition to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands.
Players will be able to pick one of 12 classes, with each having their own individual playstyle and loadout, as you are tasked with forming a team to complete whatever you come face to face with. Each have their own advantages, with the assault classes being good at short to medium range, whilst Marksman are better equipped for long-range combat in the battlefield.
Ghost War will see players using their communication and strategic skills in order to emerge victorious. There is a real feeling of military strategy on show, with suppressing fire and sound marker mechanics meaning that every detail is vital. These battles will take place in vast environments based around the Wildlands, where you’ll have to adapt to the surrounding terrain and ever-changing weather conditions.
Every map has its own set of challenges, bringing even more variety. The environment can be used for creating diversions and take advantage over your opponents, or even take advantage of the weather conditions to gain the upper hand.
Ghost Recon Wildlands is now available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, and Ghost War is looking set to add a whole new dimension to the game.
