Since Ghost Recon Breakpoint had a horrendous launch, Ubisoft decided to delay the arrival of three of their games into the next year.
Seems like the last two titles Ubisoft put out didn’t really meet their expectations. Like, not at all, as now we have news that they are delaying three of their upcoming triple-A releases. Watch Dogs: Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine, and Gods & Monsters. This comes as a surprise. Ubisoft is actually noticing that Ghost Recon Breakpoint didn’t do so well because of various reasons. The Division 2 also wasn’t a hit like they expected it to be.
“our strategy of introducing gameplay innovations in our games has had a very
positive impact on our brands. However, to win over players, these innovations need to be
perfectly implemented in order to offer an optimal experience. This has not yet been
sufficiently the case with Ghost Recon Breakpoint.”
See how they noticed that their buggy release made the players not want to play the game? Does this mean that these multi-billion companies acknowledge their mistakes? It appears so, at least in Ubisoft’s case. That’s why they’re moving the release dates of Gods & Monsters, Rainbow
Six Quarantine and Watch_Dogs Legion to 2020-2021.
These titles all have their identities formed, but Ubisoft wants to make sure that the experience these games offer is completely optimized and smooth. So, basically, no bugs and things like that. This does give me hope. Hope that the voices of gamers can be heard when a game is bad. Sometimes the developers hear that voice, as it seems to be the case in this instance. Now, all we have to do is sit and wait. Once these games get released then we can play them and see if the delays were worth the wait.
While we all wait for these games, why not play some of their newer games that were actually good? You can buy Watch Dogs 2, Rainbow Six Siege, and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey PC game keys on HRK Game for an exceptionally low price right now!
