Try Call of Duty: WWII MP For Free
Most of the triple-A games get a free weekend, which is something like a better version of your typical demo. You see, you get to play the game for the entire weekend, with absolutely no restrictions, and all the progress you make will stay if you decide to buy the title later down the line. Now, the multiplayer segment of Call of Duty: WWII is going free this weekend, and if you hadn’t tried the latest title from the famous blockbuster franchise, this is your chance to do so.
So, what do you need to do to play the game? Well, it is quite simple, you just need to download Call of Duty: WWII from Steam, and then play it. The game is 57GB, so it’s a rather big chunk to chew, so if you’re not particularly interested in this shooter or if you don’t have fast internet, then you should probably skip this altogether. The period of this free weekend ends at 1 PM PT or 4 PM ET on May 6, so play your heart out until then.
As far as the game is concerned, players praised the gunplay and overall the gameplay is rather solid, but the PC version is plagued by hackers and cheaters, and that is a problem that is still persistent. The console version of Call of Duty: WWII doesn’t seem to have the same issues, so we hope that the PC version gets treated as soon as possible.
