Trove Eclipse marks the first major update for the RPG adventure Trove, which will arrive on August 22nd. This update will release across PC and consoles simultaneously, following the launch of the Megalithic update that was introduced a couple months back.
Trion is looking to bring new challenges for players who dare to head into the darkness in the Shadow Tower to get their hands on precious loot. You’ll be up against the Shadow Dydrakken, the Darknik Dreadnought and the Daughter of the Moon on the two new Shadow Tower floors.
Trovians who have reached level 10 or higher will have the perk of having deeper class customization, with the ability to designate a Sub Class in order to unlock passive skills and stat bonuses. The Trove Atlas also comes in handy, giving players the ease of travel between biomes. Improving stats on gems is another highlight of the update, by augmenting the how you see fit, whereas you can reroll unwanted stats into something more useful to you.
Also, the Trove Eclipse offers daily login events and bonuses. The portal tower at the Hub has now been swapped out for a glorious Sun Goddess Statue. Here, players can log in each day to unlock rewards via the Boons of a Celestial Paragon, as well as trading in Daily Login tokens to the new Radiant Dayspring vendor known as The Radiant Merchant.
Trove is now available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
