Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia’s release has sadly been delayed, so we can expect to conquer Britain only in May. Currently, the official release is set to take place on May 3rd.
Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia was originally announced in November last year, and it generated plenty of hype back then. Sega and Creative Assembly have announced in a blog post that because of player feedback, they have decided that minor changes are required in some parts of Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia.
“We’ve been picking through those write-ups, videos and comments in search of criticism as well, as it helps give us a steer on what we could be doing better.”
The user interface, artificial intelligence, and battles received some criticism which is probably the main reason for the delay. The game, originally scheduled for April 19, will arrive about two weeks later on May 3. The devs added, “It’s never easy delaying a launch, not least because it means a longer wait for you. But we strongly feel the game will be better for it, so do please bear with us as we get things finished up!”.
Hopefully, the delay will result in an improved final product and we can’t wait to start playing this epic title.
