Konami has teamed up with Topps Trading Cards to give away limited edition UEFA Champions League Match Attax Trading Cards with copies of PES 2018.
Topps Trading Cards are the largest producer of Trading Card Games, and they’ve secured the rights to produce cards that feature both players and teams from the 2017/18 competition. Fans will have the chance to collect cards of all the best players from the elite teams across Europe. With Konami being an official partner of UEFA, they will be rolling out a limited number of exclusive cards to be featured in physical copies of PES 2018. These will be available from September 14th, and will only be available for a limited time.
Jonas Lygaard, the Senior Director of Brand & Business Development for Konami Digital Entertainment B.V., commented: “We are constantly looking for ways to extend awareness of the PES series to new audiences, and are delighted to be working with a UEFA Champions League partner of the calibre of Topps.” Lygaard continued to emphasize that the partnership between Topps and Konami will make the competition more hard-fought and competitive” than ever seen before.
PES 2018 is scheduled for release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC via Steam.
