Thanks to PCGamer, we learned about a very cool mod that will make your crusade in BattleTech much easier. The star map in the game reveals itself slowly as you advance through your campaign, but that can sometimes be rather tedious and slow, so why don’t we just get the entire star map shown right at the start? If you aren’t familiar with it, BattleTech is a turn-based game where you take your mechs and conquer your enemies. It’s quite a fantastic title that you should check out if you’re a fan of quality turn-based combat.
This mod was released this week, and it is one of the best mods that you can have for BattleTech. The PC Gamer article can be checked out here if you want to see what they said about it. You still have to play a bit before you get to see the entire star map, but it’s way better than having to gradually unlock it as you play through your campaign. The Liberation of Weldry campaign mission needs to be completed first before you get to see the entirety of the star map.
