There is a running tradition in the Star Wars fandom, and it is tied to the fourth of May. “May the Force be with you”, you probably heard of that if you know anything about Star Wars, and the SWTOR players will be able to celebrate this day once again by getting free stuff! Regular players will be getting the new M4-Y7 Astromech Droid just by logging into the game, while the Premium players get the new TF-4 Rampage Speeder as well.
Premium players get a Rampage Speeder together with the Astromech Droid, but SWTOR was never really nice to its players, unless they were Premium, so this is quite normal for the game. But, the M4-Y7 Astromech Droid is actually cooler than the new speeder. It is said that is is really loyal, steadfast, and reliable, so what more can you ask for? It is also cute as hell, as are most droids of this type, so be sure to claim your own on May 9, 2018, 11:59 PM PDT or on May 10, 2018, at 6:58 PM GMT. You will find it in your in-game mail, which shouldn’t be big enough to fit a droid in, but we won’t question the physics behind that.
This speeder is an industrial mining vehicle with really sturdy armor and powerful engines, so if you want to go fast and hit hard, this is the vehicle for you. SWTOR players will also be getting Double XP, Double Command XP, and Double Starfighter Requisitions from May 3rd – May 11th, so make sure to take advantage of that while this lasts!
