Ubisoft has announced today that Steep Road to the Olympics will be coming to the base game as an expansion to the high-octane sports game. This will bring an officially licensed product of the Olympic Winter Games that will take place in PyeonChang 2018, which will join up with Olympic partner Intel to host e-sports competitions in the build up to the event.
For the eager fans who would like to take part in this, they will have the chance to do so my competing to qualify in an online competition taking place in December. There are more details on this to be confirmed very soon, so keep an eye out on what you can expect to see from Steep Road to the Olympics.
Also, this expansion will be present through the Intel-based PC gaming kiosks throughout the Olympic Village, where those in attendance and athletes will be able to check out events such as skiing, snowboarding and freestyle events such as giant slalom, slalom, snowboard cross, ski halfpipe and many others.
Steep Road to the Olympics will be available on December 5th, 2017 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
