It seems like the people behind State of Decay 2 started celebrating Independence Day a week earlier with their new DLC. Why wander around in a sad and gloomy world filled with zombies when you can ride around in vehicles called the Burninator, the Meatwagon, and the Pyrohawk. Also, the zombies will be dressed in Revolutionary War outfits, so we don’t actually know if this DLC is supposed to celebrate the Independence Day or mock it. Whatever the case may be, the DLC costs $4.99, so if you have money to spare, why not buy it.
This is definitely a strange DLC pack, but it is also a fun one. Let’s be honest here, having vehicles that shoot flames out of their tires when you drive them are absolutely ridiculous, and oh boy do we love them. The weapons ( Pyro and Starshank Launcher) aren’t as amazing but they are also quite flashy, and the melee weapons and their names are something else. You have the Grillmeister, the Freedom Ringer, and the BBQ Fork, all absolutely hilarious names. It seems like in the end, this DLC pack for State of Decay 2 isn’t taking itself all that seriously, and it shouldn’t.
To top it all off, we have fireworks which we can use to light the sky of a post-apocalyptic world that is run over by horrible zombies that want to eat your face.
