Star Wars Battlefront II Getting Ewoks
There was a lot of controversy surrounding Star Wars Battlefront II, but lately, the game hasn’t been in the spotlight much. Maybe that’s for the better, maybe not, but we do know that we will be able to play as Ewoks in the game’s upcoming update. Getting new content for free is always welcome, and we can also expect to see new appearances (for Heroes and for Troopers), game improvements, and more.
On the official Star Wars Battlefront II post, we also found out that the game is getting Seasons, which is content that is based on a specific theme (like the new Star Wars movies). This is actually a great way to connect the shooter to the movie franchise, so let’s just hope that they find a cool way to do so.
Now, let’s talk more about the new upcoming game mode called Ewok Hunt. It’s set on the moon of Endor, and it focuses on an Ewok ambush where the Ewoks need to hunt down all stormtroopers by using their spears and Wisties. Every stormtrooper that gets killed spawns as an Ewok, so as you can imagine, the situation for the stormtroopers gets worse as more of them get killed. This sounds like a pretty fun game mode, and we can’t wait to try it.
We can also expect to see a lot more appearances in Star Wars Battlefront II like Wounded Chewbacca, Scarred Kylo Ren, Administrator Lando, and so on. Troopers will also get new appearances like the Officer Appearances, Heavy Quarren Rebel, the Twi’lek Specialist, along with various others.
