Sojourn is another new hero that will be a part of the Overwatch 2 roster of heroes that we will take on PvE missions.
Overwatch 2, the not-direct-sequel to Overwatch will have a lot of new exciting features. It almost makes you think the whole game isn’t an expansion that’s being sold as a standalone title. Nevertheless, we’re finally going to be able to explore more of this exhilarating universe and its over-the-top characters. Is everyone thrilled to see Echo and Sojourn? Of course, you are, everyone is, as Blizzard really impressed us with the character design in Overwatch. Their personas and their stories are also incredibly compelling, so more of these characters are always welcome.
From what PC Gamer reported, Sojourn is actually a Canadian. So, that means that she is the very first Canadian character that’s being introduced. Unfortunately, I have no idea what her abilities are and what her role is going to be. Perhaps a tank? Maybe a DPS? Who knows, it’s anyone’s guess at this point as information is scrace.
Her arm can transform into a gun. That is quite a cool ability especially if that plays into her kit in some way or another. And it will because most characters (like Doomfist) have their unique appearance tie into their abilities. Jeff Kaplan, the game director of Overwatch, said that Sojourn plays a major role in Overwatch 2 and its story.
