Earlier this year in July, we saw the announcement of The Sims 4 coming to consoles, with the latest entry in the living simulator franchise set to make its way to PlayStation 4 an Xbox One. It has now been confirmed that the game will be coming to EA Access on November 9th, following a tweet from EA.
EA’s subscription service offers up special access to players which allows you the chance to play the game before it releases. The Sims 4 will be adopting this same practice, and will be available for a 10-hour trial as part of the service. This will take place on November 9th, giving fans the chance to play it over a week early. Not only that, but those who choose to purchase it through the same channel will get a 10% discount.
Also, as the tweet confirms, you will be able to keep the progress you make and the achievements you earn will be carried over to the full game regardless if you choose to purchase it digitally or not.
The Sims 4 is now available on PC, and will arrive on Xbox One and PS4 on November 17th. The console version will also be accompanied by a number of expansion packs, giving you added incentive to purchase it on this platform.
