In Seven: The Days Long Gone, you play as a thief named Teriel, who has just been caught during a job and finds himself heading to the island of Peh. This is the one place that Teriel fears more than anything else, not the least of which is because of the daemon in his head that is forcing him to do certain things in order to leave the island. The game is more than it appears though, and it’ll allow you a lot of leeway in terms of what to do and how to do it.
And we truly mean that, as the game features a massive island that’ll be available to you to explore from the moment you set foot on it. But how will you traverse it? That is the question. You can simply walk through, you can climb onto buildings to try and get a better vantage point on things. Or, you can do what thieves do and sneak your way around every obstacle in your path. Which is exactly what the newest trailer in the game does.
As you can see, you’ll not just be avoiding eyesight and spotlights, you’ll be able to distract the guards to lure them away from where you are. You can even disguise yourself to not draw suspicion, whatever it takes to get to where you need to go. Of course, you can always use violence if the situation calls for it. But, stealth can have plenty of perks if you use it well.
That’s just the cusp of what Seven: The Days Long Gone is going to offer when it release December 1st. The game also features a deep story, plenty of interesting characters to get to know, and mysteries aplenty to figure out. It won’t be easy, but finding the truth never is.
