Rocket League DC Comics DLC Pack Coming March 5th
It’s hard at times to keep certain kinds of games “fresh”, meaning, giving players a reason to come back. Sometimes though, it’s very simple reasons that bring them back. That’s no doubt why Rocket League continues to thrive as a title. For all they have to do is add new cars, new decals, new maps, and other things and players come flying back. Which is great for Psyonix, as it shows their cleverness in maintaining their playerbase. Well, their next DLC pack might just be the coolest one of all, and it arrives soon.
On March 5th, the DC Comics Superhero DLC pack arrives, and it features two full-on recreations of two classic Batmobile’s. The first is from the 1989 Batman feature film starring Michael Keaton, and the other is the Tumbler from the Dark Knight Rises. So, if you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to drive these cool Batmobile’s in matches against foes, you won’t have to wait for too much longer to find out.
But wait! There’s more! After all, there are more heroes in the DC Comics universe than Batman (yes, I know that’s hard to believe, but it’s true!) and in fact, pretty much the entire Justice League is getting some items for you to place on your cars. We’re talking decals and banners for Aquaman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, and of course, Superman. So if you would rather go represent your favorite DC Comics character not named Batman? You now have that chance.
The DLC pack will cost $3.99, but we think it’s worth it.
Rocket League has been updating a lot recently, and its been planning for some big things. They recently ended a beta test of their Tournaments feature, which is something that could change the game even more. Plus, with more DLC packs undoubtedly on the way, we look forward to seeing what new rides come next.
