Revelation Online was a very, well, mediocre MMORPG. But, the game has launched for Steam now so a slew of new players may arrive and check it out.
MMORPGs today aren’t all that special, especially when you consider that we hadn’t played anything really good in like the past 5 years. Revelation Online isn’t anything too amazing, but it is a game that could keep you occupied for a while. We don’t know how many players the game currently has, but the Steam launch will definitely bring in more players. It’s just a matter of fact how many good reviews Revelation Online is going to get. A lot of players won’t try a game if it has a lot of negative reviews on its Steam page, and that’s a fact.
All of the content of the standalone version is now also available on the Steam version. Revelation Online offers seven classes and nine content expansions that include new dungeons, game modes, rewards, and more. If you’re looking to try the game out, there is a free welcome pack that will help you out a little. It gives you an exclusive title and a Little Hyphaean. It isn’t much, but if you want a better boost there are various other paid starter packs which will make your life a bit easier at the start.
Give the game a shot if you want to try out a new MMORPG and you haven’t played Revelation Online when it first launched. It’s free2play, so it doesn’t hurt to try and see if it’s any good.
