Rainbow Six Siege Hit With Server Issues
There’s nothing worse than finding out that the game you want to play isn’t working for some reason. More than likely, it’s because of a bug issue, or a server issue, or a maintenance issue, and sometimes, it’s all three at once. This sadly is what is currently going on with Rainbow Six Siege, as the game has gone down server wise, forcing Ubisoft to figure out what’s going on and why it is happening now. Thankfully, they did respond quickly to this issue.
“Hello everyone. We are aware of an issue impacting Rainbow Six: Siege on all platforms,” a message from the support team said.
The other interesting piece of news is that these errors appear to be stemming from their Year Two content, which is fascinating because Year 3 is set to be coming out soon itself. So naturally, they need to fix one before releasing the other. However, there is good news.
For the team has apparently found the issues plaguing the game:
“Our administrators have found the root cause of the issue and are working on a solution. Thanks for your patience,” the team notes.
So, it seems as though things will be under control soon, that’ll no doubt be a relief to players. Especially since they want to not just play the game, but want to make sure the game is ready for Rainbow Six Siege Year 3, which will bring not only new maps and Operators for players to play in and use, but also, will see the arrival of a new event called Outbreak.
Not much is known about Outbreak as of yet, however, the Operators that’ll come with the event are medically trained, and Ubisoft is teasing that players will battle someone they won’t expect.
Hopefully, all these issues will be worked out before this event.
