Rainbow Six Siege is one of those shooters that are unlike the others. This is a rather corny sentence, but it is true, as it is a game where tactical prowess and split-second decision making play a huge role. Also, you can blow holes in walls and then jump in and kill everyone. Or perhaps the enemy might expect that and you fall into an ambush. It’s a shooter that really requires skill and the ability to plan for every contingency. Today we aren’t here to talk about new weapons or Operatives or changes to the game, but we will be covering the 12 new summer skins that came to as a part of the Sunsplash Collection.
This Sunsplash Collection is kind of weird, especially when you consider that Rainbow Six Siege is a serious game, as in you don’t have many goofy skins in it or anything like that. It actually takes itself seriously, so you don’t have ridiculous skins as you do for example in Overwatch. But then again, these 12 special summer skins all look absolutely hilarious, so we don’t know what Ubisoft is trying to do here. Keep the feel of the game realistic and gritty, or go in a more silly direction.
These skins can only be bought with real-money currency, although there are two free packs waiting for all players, you just need to log into the game to get them. Also, if you want to buy these skins, hurry, as they are here to stay until July 17th.
