One of the highlight releases in gaming this year for many is arguably Prey, a game that was rebooted by Bethesda after its initial release back in 2006. We have also seen players offering up mods that make significant enhancements to the game, one of which by jmx777 which brings a graphics overhaul mod.
This latest version of the Real Lights plus Ultra Graphics mod makes drastic alterations to lighting, bringing breakable lights which react to bullets and other collisions for a rather impressive effect. Also, the latest version has flickering shadows in certain areas, as well as stabilizing the framerates in larger areas. Speaking of shadows, the view distance for them is also amplified to avoid them popping in whilst sacrificing your FPS. Physics have too been added to a number of objects, including the drill press, crafting plans, workbench vice, board eraser, industrial lathe, Transtar hanging wall logo, cigarettes, lockers and kitchen knives. Furthermore, the mod gives more of a view distance for environment decals, as well as particle collisions, deactivated fake lights and much more.
