Platinum Games teased us with their Platinum 4 websites that started unveiling their upcoming video games.
Platinum Games are one of the weirder developers out there, but in a good way. They’ve made Bayonetta, Nier: Automata, and they’ve worked on spectacular titles like Vanquish and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. All wonderfully weird and enjoyable titles, so we should all be excited about this tease of their updates website. Naturally, the tease itself is as cryptic as it can be. “Platinum 4” it says on their website. What the hell does that mean? Probably announcing a new phase in the history of Platinum Games which is full of new IPs. After all, they’ve started working on some exciting things. Scalebound was one of them, an RPG where you had a freaking dragon companion. An exciting title that was unfortunately canceled. Not to worry though, they’ve got other brand new games coming out, like Babylon’s Fall, which looks like an exhilarating mix of Devil May Cry and NieR: Automata.
Bayonetta 3 is also coming to Switch, and The Wonderful 101 is making its way to Steam. The company obviously has big plans for 2020, and we are eagerly waiting for more news regarding their upcoming new projects!
