There have been rumours going around the net regarding a potential delay to the upcoming Xbox One X console. These have come around from the continued wait for Pre Order pages for the box to go live, which although has been a situation that has occurred before for Microsoft, it hasn’t stopped a bit of panic going round.
These rumblings were soon put to bed by Xbox chief Phil Spencer, who responded to a fan on Twitter: “Still on track for November 7th. Feeling good about that date.” It seemed unlikely that the console would be delayed, because although it boasts brand new hardware, it still shares the same games that are compatible with the base Xbox One console.
This still didn’t stop the fears from growing, but hopefully now Spencer has spoken out things will die down. The Xbox One X, dubbed to be the most powerful console ever made, will release on November 7th, 2017. The system will bring true 4K gaming to the console stage, whilst remaining in the already established Xbox family of consoles in terms of the games that are set to be released on the Xbox One, Xbox One S and the Xbox One X.
