Path of Exile is going to be very busy over the next few weeks, as they’re set to launch the beta of their next expansion, Fall of Oriath, on Wednesday. However, just before that, the team is going to be releasing a major update to the microtransaction system in the game. To make sure that everyone is ready for it, they’ve released a bunch of details about it, and even made a video highlighting some of the things you can expect from the upgrade.
First up, the old way you viewed your microtransactions has been done away with, gone is the Microtransaction Stash, and in its place is a more refined one that’ll have each microtransaction in their own slot. What this will do is allow you to swap items in them without hesitation, and not have you take extra steps just to do simple switches. You can even equip other characters microtransactions with just a few clicks. The team did it this way to ensure that you never have a misplaced microtransaction in Path of Exile ever again.
To celebrate the things that are coming to the game, the Path of Exile team are also launching some cool things as well. First off, this weekend will be a Super Stash Sale, which will discount every kind of Stash in the store, regardless of tier level. Premium Stash Tab Bundles, Premium Quad Stash Tabs, Currency Tabs, Guild Stash Tabs, all are on sale!
With the upcoming arrival of the Fall of Oriath beta comes all new events that are launching to celebrate it. One of which launches today in the form of the Headhunter event. You can check the schedule for a full list of what’s coming and when.
Path of Exile is going to be full of content for a while, make sure you take part in it.
