Are you a fan of Stardew Valley? If so, then there is some good news for you that has been confirmed via Twitter.
some things I've added for the new content update:
*new "town event" in winter
*new type of collection that you can start in your first winter
*Signs (can display any item on them)
*More outdoor decorations (some change w/ season)
*More NPC "events"
*A way to re-spec professions— ConcernedApe (@ConcernedApe) December 20, 2017
In the next update for the game, a set new town and NPC events will be introduced, as well as a number of other small additions. Creator of Stardew Valley, Eric Barone, tweeted out a list of what’s to come in the next update. This included a new town event in winter that has been listed, as well as a new type of collection which can be started in winter too. Not only that, but there is also signs being implemented which can display items on them, plus outdoor decorations, some of which can be altered according to the season. Finally, there is a way to re-spec professions and further NPC events also on the way.
This new content is likely to release simultaneously with the multiplayer update, which is set for release sometime next year.
Stardew Valley is now available on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. A release on PlayStation Vita is coming, though multiplayer will not be available on this particular platform. STill, it will be interesting to see the game on the portable platform, at least.
