Fans of Little Nightmares should prepare themselves for a new terror, as The Hideaway chapter arrives in the game. This marks the second chapter of Secrets of the Maw, as the Runaway Kid wakes up in an engine area populated by Nomes. In the expansion pass of the critically-acclaimed game, you can expect to find The Hideaway now on PS4, Xbox One and Steam, courtesy of Tarsier Studios.
This time, the Runaway Kid will need to find and rescue Nomes in order to escape the dark and grimy place. These creatures hold the key to help but will require you to overcome a number of obstacles to move forward. Players will need to discover the secret behind them, such as where they are from and what is buried below their nest. The hideaway chapter also introduces further complex puzzle mechanics that will see players having to work with the Nomes in order to be granted more freedom to explore.
Also, if you are yet to try the game, then you can do so now as part of a free trial on both PS4 and Xbox One. So should you be interested, go over to either the PlayStation Network or Xbox Live and you should be able to have a go for free.
Meanwhile, Bandai Namco has also revealed that the third and final chapter of Secrets of the Maw will release next year on February 10th, 2018.
