New Rainbow Six Siege Map Revealed
The new Rainbow Six Siege map has been revealed, and it’s a rusty service station located in some godforsaken section of Australia.
We knew that the new map would be set in Australia, and the trailer certainly showcases that. Glaring sun, red dirt, but no kangaroos in sight. We’re a bit disappointed, but this map does look pretty spectacular and fun. There aren’t many doors, so chokepoints are deadly if you don’t have someone that can make a wall for you to crawl through.
The rooms in this service station are varied and have multiple color pallets with items that are basically emmiting a warm glow. Everything is very pleasing to the eyes, and we just hope this map plays as fun as it looks.
The people who are in charge of map editing and interior decorations really did a spectacular job on this one, and even the fans agree. The map looks amazing, and it’s one of those medium-sized maps so you won’t have to think about all the possible ways to breach or secure a location. We do wonder how this map is going to work with the current meta, as certain maps come out and aren’t cut out for the strategies and styles of play that are popular at that time.
Thankfully you just to wait until February 17th to get the full reveal of Operation Burnt Horizon which will take place during the Six Invitational.
