Devil May Cry 5 got a new trailer, the “main” trailer, which showcases a lot of action, and V, one of the three playable characters.
We all knew that Devil May Cry 5 was going to have three playable characters. We have Nero, that now has a crazy robot arm which can do all sorts of things, old Dante that is just as crazy and powerful and can use a motorcycle as a weapon, and now we get to see V in action. V is this really somber, goth-looking dude that wants to slay evil. Don’t goths usually like evil and dark things? Maybe he ends up betraying our guys since he can also control certain badass demons.
Ah yes, as you can see, V also has the spectacular power of turning his hair white. We guess that the prerequisite for all playable Devil May Cry characters is to have white hair. It gives them the power to handle bloodthirsty demons that are hellbent on destroying the world. Makes sense. Anyhow, V uses a demon raven and a demonic panther to battle. Not only that, he can summon this hulking golem or something that can fire a huge laser. It’s safe to say that we will be picking V during our first playthrough of Devil May Cry 5.
What are your thoughts on this character? His fighting style differs greatly from both Dante’s and Nero’s, so he will be a fun new addition to the roster.
