Have you heard of PlanetSide 2? It is an MMO shooter with grand scale fights, lots of complex progression and customization, and all kinds of awesome vehicles.
Forget about Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, this is the futuristic multiplayer shooter that you want to play. Although, getting into the game if you’re completely new to it could be hard. You need to find people to teach you about PlanetSide 2 and how it works. The community is huge, and you could have difficulties understanding the flow of matches in this shooter.
With that covered, let’s talk about the new continent that’s coming to the game. It’s called Oshur, and you could see a bit of it in their latest video. Even though the map is very much still a work in progress, it looks quite nice. There are lots of placeholders all around the place, but we can see what they’re aiming for.
It seems like Oshur is going to have a lot of things to offer. For example, this continent will have multiple islands, as well as various biomes. The development team even gave us some lore behind this continent. There seems to be some powerful artifact in the middle of it. That’s the thing that attracted the three factions to Oshur.
More news about the new continent will be coming later down the line. We’re happy with what we saw, but we’re excited to imagine how awesome the crystal forests will look when they’re done.
