Netflix Witcher Series Finishes Filming
Henry Cavill has just confirmed on his official Instagram account that the Netflix Witcher TV series just finished filming its first season.
Remember the article that we wrote recently about the pictures of some actors in their armor. And, the armor looked like grade C cosplay? While some say that it’s going to look better after it finished with production, it raises some red flags. But, from the looks of it, Netflix doesn’t intend to stop on one season. Henry Cavill, the actor that’s portraying Geralt, posted a picture on his Instagram page.
Seems like they finished filming Season One. Did he say that just because, or is he hinting at more than one season? Since the entire Witcher franchise has a lot of followers, Netflix can tap into a large amount of cash flow if they manage to land the show. The platform has some outstanding shows, like Stranger Things, but also some horrendous adaptations, like the live-action Death Note movie.
It’s a coin flip at this point. There are reasons to think that it will be good, and reasons to think that they’re going to mess it up. No matter what the case is, you can always go and play some Witcher 3 to experience that universe.
