Doki Doki Literature Club is getting more content as the creator announced that more is coming, along with a new LN.

Are you familiar with Doki Doki Literature Club? It’s a free visual novel game that, well, is quite subversive with your expectations. Quite a good twist on the entire visual novel genre that’s full of predictable characters, story beats, and so on. Dan Salvato, the creator of the game, really nailed the premise and made it as generic as possible, only to then pull something completely unexpected. I won’t spoil anything, but it’s free so you should try it. He also announced that new Doki Doki Literature Club content is coming on Twitter.
For now, we know that we aren’t getting a sequel or anything of that sort. Maybe a DLC or something like that? A new story in the same school with brand new characters? Who knows. The main man even has a new original Visual Novel ready for action. It’s also been collecting dust for the last two years. So, a lot of new experiences from Dan Salvato are on their way. Are you excited? You should be, as this man is quite excellent at making you think you know what’s going on and then hitting you with something you would have never expected.
