Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is one of the Call of Duty games that fans absolutely loved, as it had both an awesome singleplayer campaign and a fun multiplayer. You can then imagine how thrilled the fans were when a remaster of the game got announced, but many were also disappointed when they found out that they needed to buy the Legacy, Digital Deluxe or Legacy Pro editions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare to get it, you can imagine the frustration. Thankfully, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will be released as a standalone title, and you can watch the launch trailer down below.
The most memorable thing about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was the absolutely epic campaign that sent us on lots of various, interesting, and challenging missions. Back then we actually had characters that meant something to us, that we looked up to, like Captain Price, which was a kickass character that thought us a lot of things.
Now, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, we will be able to go on these awesome missions once again, but with better graphics. If you’ve watched the trailer, you know just how good the graphics and the animations look now, and the remaster really looks quite incredible. The only problem that the players are having is the price. Activision is known for putting ridiculously high prices for downloadable content and that sort of thing, so everyone expected it to be expensive, but the price tag of $39.99 is quite a lot for a remaster. The game will release in June 2017 for the PlayStation 4, and later on other platforms too.
