The team over at Telltale Games, along with Mojang, have announced that the second episode of Minecraft: Story Mode – Season Two will release on August 15th, 2017. Titled ‘Giant Consequences,’ this new episode will be available for download on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
In this episode, Jesse and the gang have managed to survive the Sea Temple, though they bring away a deadly enemy, a lost adventurer and a powerful device with them. So naturally, its up to Jesse and friends to plunge into the icy depths to find out more about the enemy that could bring chaos to Beacontown.
Created by Telltale in collaboration with Mojang and Minecraft community members, Minecraft: Story Mode – Season 2 continues the saga in a five-part series which now features ‘Crowd Play’ to give friends and family the change to help decide which direction the story takes, via a mobile device as long as there is an online connection to use.
Meanwhile, Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure will be making its way to Nintendo Switch on August 22nd, 2017 in North America, followed by releases in Europe and other regions on August 25th. This will be available in both physical and digital formats, and includes all eight episodes from the first season of Minecraft: Story Mode, plus three bonus episodes.
