Fans will be surprised to see nuclear disarmament scene pop up in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which has shown up on the Steam version of the game. The confusion is down to the fact that there seemed to be no more nukes left on the server. This scene was datamined a long time ago now, presenting a cutscene that was assumed to be completely elusive.
This revelation back when it was discovered was also accompanied with a title card that read ‘Chapter 3: Peace,’ which too was a part of the code. However, there is still no sign of this. What’s more, it appears that it can only be unlocked on the PC version of the game.
I can confirm, I have received the Nuclear Disarmament scene in MGSV on Steam. Reports are out that its also been triggered on Xbox One. I just checked PS4 and did not receive the scene. No idea why its been manually triggered to go on Steam. pic.twitter.com/HtcznWXSFj

In case you’ve never heard of it, the nuclear disarmament event is a cutscene that can be unlocked once all of the nuclear weapons on a certain platform’s server have been dismantled. In the two and a half years that the game has been out for, there has been no platform that has managed to reach zero.
What’s strange is that last week, there were still thousands to be dismantled, so perhaps this is something that Konami has tweaked. Unless there has been a massive surge of players on Steam, though the former seems more likely.
